Habitation Jouissant Marriot

The stunning Habitation Jouissant Marriot is a luxurious 100 room resort overlooking the bay of Labadie in Cape Haitian, Haiti.  The resort includes a pool, restaurant and outdoor areas with spectacular views.  We worked with Hamed Rodriguez Architects designing the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

System highlights include emergency generator backup for the electrical system, domestic water system extracted from a cistern and purified with an internal filtration system, an HVAC system consisting of a VRV system with ducted mini-split fan coils, and LED lighting throughout the property.
