Tigertail Residence

The Tigertail residence is a modern tropical home in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami. We collaborated with Maricarmen Martinez AIA on this project delivering all the MEP.  The 5000 sq. ft. residence is fully ADA-adapatable, and utilizes the principles of green design and sustainable design it is use of systems.  The stunning house was featured in the Spring 2019 issue of Florida/Carribean Architect.
